1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Filbit ("Filbit," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Filbit online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website located at filbit.net and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by Filbit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Filbit will void all wagers placed and forfeit all winnings associated with any account found to have been registered by an underage individual, and may refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games on the Filbit Platform, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Filbit account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Filbit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address during registration. Filbit may require additional information for identity verification purposes at any time.
• Account Currency: All transactions on the Filbit Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Filbit reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Filbit supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and Visa/Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page within your account and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with Filbit's standard processing schedule. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to fund your account, or to a verified account in your own name. Filbit does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Verification Requirements: Filbit may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request.
• Currency: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the Player.

5. Gameplay and Wagering Rules

All games available on the Filbit Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• All wagers must be placed using funds available in your Filbit account balance. Credit wagering is not permitted.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Filbit uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes for all applicable games.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, Filbit reserves the right to void any affected wagers and refund the staked amounts to the Player's account balance.
• Filbit reserves the right to impose wagering limits on any game, at any time, at its sole discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Game results displayed on the Filbit Platform are final once confirmed by the system. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you may submit a dispute through the support channel within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Filbit may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Filbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

Filbit is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

All real-money gaming on the Filbit Platform is strictly limited to Players who are 21 years of age or older. Gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Filbit Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Filbit account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Filbit Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of Filbit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Filbit.

The Filbit name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Filbit. You may not use any Filbit trademark without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Filbit, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Filbit does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, Filbit's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy and Data

Filbit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Filbit implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Filbit cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

12. Suspension and Termination

Filbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements.
• Any other reason at Filbit's sole discretion.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonuses or amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your Filbit account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Filbit operates in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations governing online gaming. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
